The Strafford Organic Creamery is a one-farm, one-family dairy in central Vermont. We milk 80 Guernsey cows and put their rich milk in glass bottles and super-premium ice cream. We’ve been certified organic since 1997 and processing on our own since 2001.
We are a land-centered, cow-centered operation and don’t really have a marketing or social media budget. As you probably noticed. If you see a post from us on Facebook or Instagram, it’s usually because something happened that we thought was cool enough to share.
